San Diego, California 鈥 Today, the 海角黑料 welcomed 18 executives into the association鈥檚 LEAD 海角黑料 program during the annual 海角黑料 Management Conference and Exhibition. 海角黑料 also recognized the ninth graduating class of the federation鈥檚 leadership program.
鈥淔inding and retaining the next generation of leadership is critical to our industry鈥檚 continued growth,鈥 said 海角黑料 President and CEO Chris Spear. 鈥淭he impressive men and women that make up the LEAD 海角黑料 program are setting our industry and association up for success.鈥
LEAD 海角黑料, sponsored by DriverReach, offers exclusive educational opportunities for trucking industry executives, incorporating real-world problem solving and advanced industry insights. Throughout the course of the yearlong program, 鈥淟EADers鈥 are educated about the regulatory and legislative processes, and 海角黑料's efforts to shape those processes, including advocacy, image and outreach, research and leadership training.
During this year鈥檚 MCE, 海角黑料 recognized 13 members of the class first introduced last year in Nashville as the ninth group of graduates to complete the program:
